Long-time public servant Michelle Reynolds has been appointed chief executive at the embattled City of Perth, replacing acting chief executive Murray Jorgensen.
Michelle Reynolds was appointed chief executive of the City of Perth in August 2020. Prior to that appointment, Ms Reynolds had served as chief executive and executive director of Rottnest Island Authority from January 2017. She has held several CEO and executive roles within State Government, including at WorkCover WA and the Department of Premier and Cabinet. Ms Reynolds has a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Business Administration.
