Michelle Dixon

Michelle Dixon is a partner of Australian law firm, Maddocks, where she has been recognised each year as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality by the Workplace Gender Equity Agency (WGEA). She was chief executive from December 2013 to September 2020.

Ms Dixon was also recognised by the AFR and Westpac as one of 2015’s 100 Women of Influence and was subsequently awarded the Victorian Award for Excellence in Women’s Leadership, an initiative by Women and Leadership Australia that recognises the contribution of a woman in elevating the visibility and importance of Australian women receiving equitable access to higher levels of leadership.

Ms Dixon is a CEO ambassador for the WGEA national pay equity campaign and director of Global Sisters, a not-for-profit providing end-to-end business development support to women whose circumstances prevent them from accessing mainstream employment.
