Perth appoints general counsel, infrastructure manager
A former board member of the disability services commission and a 28-year veteran of consultancy firm Arup round out two major hires at the City of Perth.

Michelle Antonio has close to two decades of experience in the private sector, and has worked at engineering and construction firms. She had overseen corporate governance reform and the creation of in-house legal functions within Australian and overseas listed organisations.
Ms Antonio was appointed a general counsel at the City of Perth in February 2021. Prior to that, she was the group manager of legal & risk at AusGroup, general counsel of SRG, legal counsel of CPB Contractors, and a lawyer at Kott Gunning.
