Michael Van Dongen is a highly experienced, knowledgeable and accomplished leader in the property and construction industries.
He is a co-founder of project management business Encon Group which includes Builden (commercial), Unearthed Homes (residential) and Encon (consultancy). Prior to that he spent almost 7 years at JAXON where he was an operations manager and general manager, and 7 years as project manager of DORIC Contractors.
Mr Van Dongen has been the 58th president of the Master Builders Association of Western Australia since December 2021, having been appointed to the board in November 2015. He is an active member of MBA WA, and has held several committee chair roles during his tenure.
