Michael Siu

Michael Siu has extensive experience in financial management and corporate advisory in Asia.
He is an executive director, chief financial officer and company secretary of Beijing Properties Holdings. He is also an independent non-executive director of Agritrade Resources and director of Brilliant Bright Holdings, a controlling shareholder of Beijing Properties Holdings.
Mr Siu graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
