Property players target sporting venues
Four of Perth’s iconic sporting and community venues are going through major planning and redevelopment projects – but that’s where the similarities end.
Michael Radley joined Gloucester Park Harness Racing in January 2011 as a marketing manager. He became its chief executive in July 2012.
Prior to that, Mr Radley was a presenter & senior producer at Sky Racing for over 10 years.

Adrian Fini and Ben Lisle-led Hesperia is proposing an apartment development for the East Perth site.
A plan to revitalise Gloucester Park with a 4,000-spectator capacity theatre space, racetrack renovation and hospitality precinct is on the cards if a land sale to Hesperia is approved.
Hesperia’s plans to redevelop the East Perth racetrack into a new town square are gaining traction.
