Michael Povey has over 24 years' experience as a qualified chartered accountant. He has public accounting experience with major accounting firms including Deloittes, Bird Cameron and KPMG within areas of auditing and taxation. Mr Povey established an independent chartered accountant business concentrating on taxation, auditing, company reporting, business consulting, superannuation and company secretarial work. He also specialises in the delivery of university education courses for consolidations, mergers and acquisitions, and accounting standards.
