Gryphon Minerals has appointed Mawson West managing director Bruce McFadzean as a non-executive director.Mr McFadzean is a qualified mining engineer and was previously managing director of Evolution Mining.

David Parker has resigned as director of Aurora Labs.

Paul Matysek has been appointed non-executive chair of Equator Resources. Michael Naylor has resigned as non-executive director but will remain as company secretary.

Jamie Day has been appointed exploration manager of Liontown Resources. Mr  Day is a well credentialed geologist with over 20 years of experience in minerals exploration.

Peter Clare has been appointed non-executive chair of Dubber Corporation. Current chair Peter Pawlowitsch will become non-executive director.

Helix Resources has appointed Tim Kennedy as non-executive director. Mr  Kennedy is an experienced exploration executive with a 30-year career in the mining industry.

Sam Lee has been appointed a non-executive director of Gulf Manganese Corporation. He was also appointed to the board of commissioners of PT Gulf Mangan Grup, Gulf’s Indonesian subsidiary.
