Michael Karam

Michael Karam is a change management and process excellence consultant with over 10 years of experience in change and project management. He has worked with clients in the resource (mining, oil & gas), telecommunications, FMCG and finance sectors. Mr Karam has also worked on process improvement projects and change initiatives within the supply chain, production, sales, and HSEC functions of organisations. He holds a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Management) and a Bachelor of Information Technology and Systems from Monash University, and was awarded top of the class in ‘IT Strategy and Management’ as well as earning membership to the ‘Golden Key International Honour Society’.
