Michael Hodgson

Michael Hodgson is a low-profile Perth investor with a focus on the industrial land market. Born in Narrogin in 1939, Mr Hodgson initially operated a family farm and a wool-buying business. After selling out of the farm sector, he has become a significant investor in Perth’s industrial land market. Mr Hodgson, who lives in Mosman Park, is a director of more than 50 private companies. The Financial Review and The Australian both include Mr Hodgson in their ‘rich lists’ with an estimated wealth of more than $2 billion.
