Michael Boyce

Michael Boyce is a lawyer specialising in corporate mining, petroleum and natural resources law; and has significant experience in acquisitions and divestments, project development, joint venture structuring and related issues, offtake agreements including gas sale and transportation agreements, construction and procurement contracts.

Mr Boyce advises mining and oil & gas companies and his clients include public-listed and private companies who operate throughout the full project cycle from exploration and development to production and beyond.
