Michael Bowen is a prominent corporate lawyer and company director. He graduated from the University of Western Australia with Bachelors of Law, Jurisprudence and Commerce.
Mr Bowen has been admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and is an Associate and Certified Practicing Accountant of the Australian Society of Accountants.
Mr Bowen has been a partner of the law firm Thomson Geer since 2020. Before that he spent five years with US firm DLA Piper, which acquired his boutique practice Hardy Bowen in 2015. He practices primarily in corporate, commercial and securities law with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, capital raising and resources.
He has been a non-executive director of multiple ASX-listed companies.
