Michael A Cottier

Mr Cottier is currently an independent non-executive director of three other non-listed entities, two of which are in financial services. Between 2009 and 2014 Michael served as Chief Financial Officer ('CFO') of QSuper Group, where he was responsible for group finance and governance functions. Prior to joining QSuper, Michael spent seven years as CFO for QIC Limited. In that role Michael was responsible for groupwide finance and governance functions together with corporate advisory and human resources services. Prior to this, Michael was Head of Finance and Tax at Suncorp Metway Ltd. In these roles, Michael served as an Executive Director on over 40 boards of QSuper, QIC and Suncorp Group subsidiary companies.
