LOCAL publishing outfit Spencer Group Media Pty Ltd (SGM) has been placed in the hands of liquidators following action taken by the group's largest creditor, Vanguard Press.
Mervyn Kitay has over 29 years of experience in providing corporate recovery and business advice including on restructuring, turnaround management and insolvency.
Mr Kitay was the chief executive of Crowe Horwath Perth for over 26 years, including as a partner for 19 years. He left Crowe Horwath Perth in July 2016 and established the Perth practice of Worrells Solvency and Forensic Accountants. Worrells is a boutique insolvency practice with 23 partners and are represented in all states in Australia.
