Merrill Goulding

Merrill Goulding is the managing director of Carlyle Strategic Partners and is based in London. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr Goulding was executive director of Goldman Sachs in London, where he principally focused on investments across the capital structure. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr Goulding was with Cerberus European Capital Advisors in London. He has served on a number of boards as director or observer. Mr Goulding began his career at Lazard & Co in London.
