Melvin Wong is a Chartered Accountant with significant experience and has previously worked for a “big 4” chartered accounting firm where he assisted multinational corporations in the area of international income tax issues, providing solutions for global mobilisation of expatriates. With a background in business advisory, Mr Wong is involved in overseeing the tax and compliance affairs of a variety of clients at BM&Y including those in the medical, professional services, retail, building and farming industries. He has an entrepreneurial passion for working closely and directly with his business clients, focusing on corporate and growth consulting. He is also able to provide objective and direct advice on all matters of accounting, taxation, business planning, and business health. Mr Wong first joined BM&Y in mid-2002. He left in 2007 and spent nearly two years at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu before returning to BM&Y in late 2008.
