Melissa Reynolds has over 30 years of experience in product, marketing, brand, sales and service in consumer and business markets. This includes leading large scale customer and digital change in the financial services and media sectors.
Ms Reynolds was the chief customer officer of AGL Energy from May 2017 to December 2018. Prior to that, she held senior roles at NAB including as executive general manager for retail; at Sensis where she led the digital transformation of White Pages; Esanda and Westpac.
