Megan Adair
Megan Adair has over 30 years of experience in local and state government, as well as the private sector. She has been responsible for providing strategic and statutory planning advice.
Ms Adair is a qualified town planner and a Fellow of Leadership WA. She has expertise in development facilitation and negotiation, development control, policy formulation, statutory and strategic planning, and urban design.
Ms Adair was the presiding member of the Metropolitan West Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) and member of the WA Planning Commission's statutory planning committee.
Ms Adair was director of planning at Satterley Property Group from August 2021 to the end of 2023. Prior to that, she was the acting general manager of planning & economic development at the City of Perth for 5 months, project director for Eglinton Estates on the Eglinton and Amberton projects, project director of Woodsome Management, and project director for the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority's Midland Project where she provided expertise and insight into planning approvals, master-planning, heritage issues, challenging environmental remediation matters, community engagement and land development projects.
