Max Tarling led the growth of Peters & Brownes, one of the largest milk and ice cream companies in Western Australia. He was the general manager for operations & marketing before becoming a sales director.
Mr Tarling ran a successful import and export company and has experience managing a large number of people, which included workforces that are heavily involved with trade unions.
