Matthew Reid has over 15 years of experience as a litigation and disputes lawyer. He regularly represents clients in all Western Australian courts and the State Administrative Tribunal. His areas of expertise are property and planning disputes and local government law.
Mr Reid acts for clients involved in disputes arising in the context of planning and land development, land transactions, commercial and retail leasing, land use and occupation.
He has an extensive working knowledge of the Local Government Act and Local Government Regulations, represents local governments in a wide range of contentious disputes, and regularly provides advice on misconduct, policy, probity and governance matters.
