Workplaces are making it top of the agenda to create a culture of respect, productivity, engagement and safety at work that goes beyond physical safety.
Matthew Reed has more than 25 years of experience in the Australian and international resource sectors.
Mr Reed was appointed vice president of operations for Australia and president of Alcoa Australia in June 2023, and will become executive vice president and chief operations officer in January 2024. He was previously the operations executive of OZ Minerals, where he led operating assets and brownfields projects in Australia and Brazil.
