Spacecubed expands at Allendale Square
Mirvac has secured Spacecubed and its accelerator program, Plus Eight, as new tenants at Allendale Square on St Georges Terrace.

Matthew Lutman has extensive commercial real estate experience having spent 14 years at Mirvac in portfolio and asset management roles prior to becoming the director of tenant representation in WA at JLL in August 2021 and director of office leasing for WA at Knight Frank Australia in March 2024.
Prior to Mirvac, Mr Lutman held strategic advisory and transaction services roles on behalf of major corporations including the Commonwealth Bank.
