Matthew Lang practises in all areas of law relating to construction and engineering projects. He acts on behalf of owners, contractors and consultants in construction disputes before various courts and tribunals; and in drafting and advising on construction contract documentation. Mr Lang has experience in all forms of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, mediation and adjudication. He has conducted numerous litigious matters acting for, and appearing on behalf of, a wide range of clients including government departments, banks, property developers, insurers and various local businesses and national companies. He also acted for, and appeared in, the Magistrates Court on behalf of a number of large construction companies in defending Occupational Safety & Health prosecutions. Mr Lang holds a Masters in Law from the University of Queensland, with a specialisation in litigation and dispute resolution.
