Matthew Kwan

Matthew Kwan has 15 years of experience as a lawyer. He joined Aquila Resources in 2012 and has advised the company on a range of corporate and project legal matters and transactions, and has also been the West Pilbara Iron Ore project’s legal manager and approvals manager. Prior to joining Aquila, Mr Kwan was a senior associate at Blake Dawson and, before that, he worked at Linklaters LLP in London as a managing associate specialising in M&A, joint ventures and equity capital markets. Mr Kwan holds a MA (Oxon) in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
