Matt Wells specialises in office properties but is capable of handling all asset classes.
Mr Wells started his career in property management in 1999 with Knight Frank. In the following years, he worked with a number of significant private and institutional clients. In May 2015, he joined D+D Property Group, starting with D+D Asset Management, to internalise their real estate functions. He then on-boarded the group's property in July 2015 and ran all aspects of an agency business including management, leasing and trust accounting processes.
During his career, Mr Wells has worked on a number of significant Perth assets. In January 2010, Knight Frank was appointed to manage the Raine Square Development which reached practical completion in 2011 and as the general manager of Knight Frank, Mr Wells was involved in all facets of the development including the DLP process, lease administration, contract tendering, budgeting and eventual launch of the complex.
