Matt Ryan joined DevelopmentWA in January 2021 as executive general manager, planning and transition.
In this role, Mr Ryan oversaw the planning and delivery of urban regeneration projects including Elizabeth Quay, Perth City Link, Yagan Square and the Scarborough foreshore along with the continued redevelopment of East Perth, Midland and Armadale.
Prior to joining DevelopmentWA, he had extensive experience in progressing complex land, planning and property matters through roles within the Department of Planning, Lands & Heritage and as principal policy advisor to the Minister for Lands.
