OTOC sells Emerson Stewart to PDC
Contractor OTOC has completed a major restructure by selling its Emerson Stewart Consulting Division less than a year since the two merged.
For over 25 years, Martyn Weir has held executive and advisory roles and leading small & larger businesses through transformational change and the adoption of new business models & more efficient operating models.
Mr Weir joined PDC Group in 2002, initially providing engineering and project management support for the company and overseeing the execution of most major projects. He then led the strategic planning of the business and was heavily involved in the development of the information and business systems, strategic mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships with key clients. Mr Weir left PDC after 14 years of service.
Prior to PDC, Mr Weir held various roles with major oil and gas operators, engineering and construction companies within Australia and abroad, providing an insight into some global changes and trends in how we go about our business.
In July 2012, he became a co-founder and director of iConstruct. In February 2020, Mr Weir became the chief executive and managing director of Oqea, a mental health and wellness app that aims to provide early intervention and coordinate family, friends, counsellors, clinicians and carers together.
