Martyn Glover

Martyn Glover’s career in public works engineering spans over 37 years and has been predominantly in the areas of civil engineering, asset management and environmental management.
Mr Glover is an engineer who has worked predominantly in Western Australian Local Government but also had commercial experience in asphalt production and civil construction.
He is a Fellow of the WA Division of the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia, and is a Member of Engineers Australia & the Local Government Managers Association.
Mr Glover is pursuing a Doctorate of Philosophy at Curtin University, assessing the optimum period for replacing asphalt wearing courses on the metropolitan road network.
