Martin Collard is a strategic thinking business excellence leader, change agent and mentor with a track record of managing and delivering business improvement strategy in both senior leadership and consulting roles.
He has worked across a variety of sectors internationally including resources, aerospace, specialist automotive, advanced and high volume manufacturing and technology.
Prior to establishing his consultancy Priority Focus in January 2023, Mr Collard was the chief collaboration officer of Austmine from July 2020 to November 2022 where he was focused on delivering value and collaborative projects to the organisation’s members and overall Australian METS sector, creating opportunities and driving strategic innovation and collaboration across the industry.
He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has an Executive MBA from Loughborough University in the UK.
