Talga unveils equity raising
Talga Resources has received commitments to raise up to $1.7 million, which has been earmarked for the ongoing development of its graphite projects in Sweden.
Mark Thompson has over 25 years of experience in the mineral industry, and is the founder and managing director of ASX-listed Talga Resources. He has worked extensively on major resource projects throughout Australia, Africa and South America.
Mr Thompson commenced his career with Western Mining Corporation at the Victory gold complex in WA before moving to the production team at the Sons of Gwalia open-pit mine at Leonora. He was a manager and director of several private geological consultancies.
Mr Thompson also founded and served on the board of ASX-listed Catalyst Metals.
He is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, the Society of Economic Geologists, and is Guest Professor in Mineral Exploration Technology at both the Chengdu University of Technology and the Southwest University of Science and Technology in China.

Talga Resources has received commitments to raise up to $1.7 million, which has been earmarked for the ongoing development of its graphite projects in Sweden.
