Mark Rankmore

Mark Rankmore has over 15 years of human resources and employee relations experience in project delivery and operating environments within the resources, engineering, industrial sectors across diverse social and economic environments globally. Prior to joining OZ Minerals in 2015, Mr Rankmore held senior roles in ASX-listed organisations including as chief people officer and head of corporate affairs with Forge Group; executive general manager of human resources, engineering at UGL; and general manager of human resources at Asciano. Mr Rankmore is a graduate from the University of Canberra, has completed postgraduate study in Finance & Law, and has completed the Advanced Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan.
