Tough markets offer some opportunity
Perth’s capital markets players reckon the past few months have been hard to take but they are seeing signs of growth as money returns.
Mark Paganin is Clayton Utz partner, board member and Perth office corporate practice group leader.
He is a member of Scotch College Council, HBF Health Fund, WA Australian Securities and Investments Commission and ASX Liaison Committees, The Law Society of Western Australia, Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has served a nine year term on the Australian Government's Takeovers Panel.

Clayton Utz partner and Perth office corporate practice group leader Mark Paganin has been appopinted to the company’s national board effective January 1.
Mark Paganin has been appointed as chair to the advisory board of the University Club of Western Australia. Mr Paganin replaces Tony J Howarth who was the University Club's inaugural chair. He is a member of the national board of Clayton Utz.
