Premier online sales soar as investors protest pay

Solomon Lew is set to be re-elected chairman of Premier Investments, which recorded a 70 per cent surge in online sales in recent weeks.
Mark McInnes is a career retailer. He started his career from the shop floor as a company cadet for Grace Brothers. He has been in charge for some of Australia's retail success stories including as a co-founder of the Officeworks concept and financial powerhouse.
Mr McInnes has been chief executive of Premier Retail in April 2011 and has assembled and led the executive team to completely restructure and rebuild the organisation to deliver competitive advantage and growth platforms.
