His broad based experience include 8 years of platinum exploration in South Africa where he was an integral part of the team which took the Akanani Platinum Project from initial exploration drilling to a multibillion dollar underground development which was sold, in 2006, to Lonmin PLC. He continued to work for Lonmin as senior development geologist at Akanani which has a resource of 30 million ounces of platinum, palladium and gold. Mr Le Grange joined the Company as Chief Geologist in July 2008, serving also in 2010 as Chief Geologist for the Company’s associated entity IronClad Mining Ltd.
