Mark Johnson AO has extensive experience in investment banking, having been in the banking and corporate finance industry for more than 40 years.
He is a senior adviser at Gresham Partners' Sydney office.
Mr Johnson was awarded a Commander of the Order of the Crown (Tonga), and a Life Governor of the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute. In 2010, he was awarded an Officer of the Order of Australia for services to business, particularly through contributions to the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation and the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, through development and leadership roles within the finance sector, and to health care organisations.
Mr Johnson holds an MBA from Harvard and a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from the University of Melbourne, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
