International Goldfields non-executive chairman Tony Sage and non-executive director Bernard Aylward have resigned from the board, following the recent divestment of the company’s West African assets as part of a refocus in its activities.

Anthony Kiernan has resigned as non-executive director of Danakali.Hazer Group has appointed Terry Walsh as non-executive director following the resignation of Bryant Mclarty from the board.  Mr  Walsh has been Hazer's chief development officer since March 2016. 

Graeme J Clatworthy has resigned as non-executive director of Rift Valley Resources, but will remain as a consultant on the Angolan operations and administration.

Esports Mogul Asia Pacific has appointed Travis Howle as principal software engineer, Robert Connolly III as product director and Tobias Guse as senior front-end software engineer.

Experienced mining executive Wayne Bramwell has been appointed non-executive director of Ardea Resources. Mr  Bramwell has more than 26 years of international and Australian project evaluation and development expertise across base metals, precious metals and bulk commodity sectors.
