Mark Foster

Managing Partner / Steinepreis Paganin

Mark Foster graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1995 with a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting and Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws. He is a member of FINSIA, formerly the Securities Institute of Australia.

Mr Foster was appointed partner of Steinepreis Paganin in 2001 and is now the managing partner. He has a varied client base including a number of ASX listed entities.

Mr Foster has advised on numerous capital raising and on a large range of corporate and commercial matters. He also has experience in the preparation and implementation of both registered and unregistered managed investment schemes.
