Mark Davies is the founder and managing director of 1861 Capital. He has over 20 years of experience in the capital markets, initially with Montagu Stockbrokers and then he co-founded Cygnet Capital in 2003. During his time at Cygnet Capital, Mr Davies provided advisory and capital raising services across a range of different industries, and assisted a number to companies to list on the ASX through Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and Reverse Takeovers (RTOs). During his time with Montagu Stockbrokers and Cygnet Capital, Mr Davies has also provided advice to sophisticated investors looking to take advantage of opportunities in the small and micro cap sectors of the ASX.
