Mark Creasy

Mark Creasy is a prominent WA prospector.

Mr Creasy was the largest shareholder of Sirius Resources, which was taken over by Independence Group in 2016 which left him with an 18.6 per cent shareholding in Independence worth $310 million at the time, $75 million in cash, and a 34.6 per cent stake in spin-out explorer S2 Resources.

He also had significant holdings in Coziron, Windward Resources, Evolution Mining and Antipa Minerals, through his investment vehicles such as Yandal Investments.
