Cardinal Resources has appointed Jacques McMullen and Michele Muscillo as non-executive directors. Mr  McMullen had a distinguished 35-year career in the mining industry prior to retiring in 2012.

Kyla Garic has resigned as joint company secretary of Calidus Resources. James Carter, current chief financial officer, will become the sole company secretary.

Experienced mining executive Mark Connelly has been appointed an independent non-executive chair of Calidus Resources.

Mark Connelly has resigned as non-executive director at Ausdrill. Mr  Connelly has held various senior management positions for other resource companies including Adamus Resources and Newmont Mining Corporation.
