Prof Britnell has worked in more than 81 countries, advising governments and health systems on improving outcomes and value with expertise in supporting transformation through adoption of digital technologies, including AI and workforce automation. Prof Britnell is an active leader in all Beamtrees key growth markets including Australia and New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Canada and the UK and was formerly global head of health for KMPG. He also chairs the Beamtree Global Impact Committee, a group of international experts who promote thought leadership on improving health outcomes in global healthcare Prof Britnell is a professor at the Global Business School for Health at University College London and at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. He started his career on the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme . He joined KPMG in 2009 as Global Head of Health and later became Global Head of Health, Government & Infrastructure, responsible for nearly one-quarter of KPMG global revenues. He was made Vice Chair of KPMG UK in 2020 .
