Mark Blundell has extensive experience practising in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has represented clients in a broad range of commercial and corporate disputes including in the areas of trade practices, negligence (predominantly professional negligence), insurance, equity, insolvency, Corporations Act matters, and intellectual property. Mr Blundell also practises widely in the area of estate litigation. He was admitted in 1988 and represents clients principally in complex litigation in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the Federal Court. Mr Blundell is admitted to practice in all jurisdictions in Western Australia and in the federal courts of Australia. He is a qualified mediator noted on the Mediator Standards Board's Register of Nationally Accredited Mediators, and has been a member of the Law Society's Alternative Disputes Committee for a number of years.
