Mark Black has worked in the design industry and built environment for over 20 years, and has played key roles delivering projects through ECI, D&C and novated consultant roles across mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, health, residential, student accommodation and retirement living projects.

His portfolio reflects considerable expertise in complex high-quality and mixed-use buildings, from feasibility and conceptual design through to documentation and delivery. Key projects included a 5-star hotel within a dynamic and green precinct in the centre of Perth, several future-focused seniors living projects, and a major hospital guided by evidence-based design.
