Mario Pirone

Mario Pirone has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive and director in large and complex organisations. He has worked in the general insurance, funds management and financial services and is the chief executive of the Guild Group which is a national insurance and financial services business. Mr Pirone was the chief executive of CGU Insurance, a senior group executive with Insurance Australia Group (1999-2008), and has held a number of non-executive directorships for more than 10 years. Mr Pirone has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting Major) and Graduate Diploma Business (Insurance Management), completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, and is a Fellow of CPA Australia.
