Maria Cavallo holds a Bachelor of Business Degree with a double major in Accounting and Public Practice from Edith Cowan University.
She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2004 and was recognised as a Registered Company Auditor by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission in January 2007.
Ms Cavallo manages the audit and assurance team at AMD Chartered Accountant's Bunbury office and is responsible for supervising and completing audits, including preparing annual reports for a wide range of clients in various industries. She also performs financial system reviews and can provide advice on technical accounting issues and reporting requirements. As the director in-charge of human resources, Ms Cavallo also has responsibility for the growth and development of team members’ career paths and has initiated a number of developments in this area.
