Marcus Holmes

Marcus Holmes is the Principal of Land Equity Legal who heads up their Native Title and Aboriginal Cultural Heritage team. Since 1992, Marcus Holmes has acted for resources companies, aboriginal people, pastoralists, property developers, telecommunications companies and other private developers and State and Local Government as an advisor, negotiator and mediator with respect to Native Title and Aboriginal Cultural Heritage protocols and agreements (including Indigenous Land Use Agreements).
