Marc Lema has over 40 years of experience working with people with disabilities.
Mr Lema started his career as a social trainer, working directly with people with disabilities in large institutions within Western Australia. He then joined Disability Services Commission where he was a senior social trainer, local area coordinator, held various management roles, and was principal advisor to the Minister for Disability Services. Mr Lema left the Commission in 2011 and founded Cam Can, an NDIS-approved disability services provider that assists people with disabilities and their families.
