Malcolm Reed has over 34 years of experience in the retail and asset management sector, with extensive retail experience across shopping centres and department stores in Australia and South Africa.

He was regional manager of Scentre Group for 6 years before becoming regional asset manager of WA retail at Lendlease Investment Management. Prior to that, Mr Reed spent 12 years running David Jones in the Perth CBD and 13 years with the Edgars group in South Africa. He led large retail teams in WA across all disciplines from management, marketing, operations, as well as supporting teams across development, leasing, casual mall leasing, design and tenancy support.

Mr Reed also served on the boards of CCI WA and Perth Fashion Festival, and was chair of the Property Council WA Retail Committee and the Retail Traders Association of WA.

He has a Diploma in Property Services (Agency Management) and is a licensed real estate agent.
