Mal Di Giulio leads the Corporate Advisory team and has been a director of the Perth office since 1994. His experience has been gained by providing professional and business services to a diverse range of clients. He specialises in privately owned businesses, ranging from start-ups to large and well-established corporations. Mal has significant experience in assisting clients with being listed on the ASX, consolidating businesses via acquisition strategies, merger/demerger strategies, management buy-ins by way of venture capital and leading the trade sale transactions of a number of clients. Mal works with clients in the areas of business planning, strategic planning and sits on a number of clients’ boards and advisory boards.
