Lynda Cheng has over 25 years of experience as a finance executive, including more than 15 years at Visy Industries/Pratt Holdings and 10 years in investment banking.
Ms Cheng is the director of corporate development and mergers & acquisitions at Visy Industries/Pratt Holdings. She joined the group in December 2005 and had held other roles including as chief financial officer. She began her career as a lawyer at Blake Dawson, before moving into investment banking with JP Morgan in their Melbourne, Sydney, San Francisco and New York offices.
Ms Cheng is also a non-executive director of Export Finance Australia, and a member of the Wesley College Council. She was previously a member of the Australian Government's International Development Policy Expert Panel, and a non-executive director of South East Water.
